INTRODUCTION

The above quoted words prove that the achievements of a human are the source of motivation for him and thanks to them the need to take up new challenges grows step by step. Not only does a training allow to gain the necessary knowledge, but also inspires its Participants to discover their individual resources and improve their professional potential.

Below we are presenting an integrated offer for:

  • The analysis of needs carried out through an investigation of the expectations of executives and persons who are to undergo a training.
  • Preparation and realization of workshop sessions for leaders.
  • Drawing up a report summing up the realization of trainings and conclusions from the work of a particular group.

Primary goal:

  • Regular workshops aim at improving the Participants' skills which are important from the perspective of the role of effective leaders managing employees. Apart from presenting the necessary knowledge, each training session consists of a practical training. The activities are related to the raised issues such as, among others, communication and management style, self-presentation and brand [authority] creation; running coaching and evaluation conversations; methods used for work organization, time management and creative solution of problems. The key to the effectiveness of sessions is a constant measurement implemented by using Success Cards and Further Study Cards. On their basis, the Participants use, between the sessions, the tools they have learnt.

Methods of conducting training sessions


During the training varied techniques of activating the Participants will be used, namely: deduction method - from gist to detail, multimedia presentations, simulations, role plays and experiments which will provide the Participants with the possibility to use the newly acquired knowledge, discussions moderated by the trainer and drawing conclusions from practical activities. The form of conducting training sessions allows each of the learners to actively participate and to take the responsibility for the results of their own work as well as the group's work.

The Participants will receive:

  • Training materials which are a compendium of the knowledge conveyed during the training sessions
  • Individual consultations during the training
  • The possibility to contact the trainer (by email) after the training, if they have any questions
  • Pictures taken during sessions
  • The Certificate of Participation in the Leader's Skills Academy
