Beginning:

  • "Follow-up" session consolidating the acquired knowledge and skills

- sharing experiences related to the application of newly learnt tools
- analysis of Success Cards and Further Study Cards - worked out between the sessions

  • How do I manage my own time?

  • Ice breakers - games for building up the atmosphere and creative involvement


1. Organization of one's own and team work - planning and evaluation of effects

  • "Me and my team make one team" - individual contribution to the performance of tasks

  • Three principles which save time and energy

- I know my role and know what my team does [optimal division of tasks]
- if I see a problem: I talk - help [preventing mistakes]
- first responsibility, then pleasure [thinking in terms of priorities]

  • "Time circle" - the analysis of the used time

- I have to, I should, I would like to - the approach to tasks
